"Yes, its still taboo here in the Philippines. But you know what, I used to work for Philippine TV and I can say that "gay" people are in control of our media. Watch our local movies and TV shows. Did you know that most of them were produced and written by these people and it has been going on for decades. Yes, they too are to blame for our lame movies and commercial model actors. All flash but no substance.Don't let the "liberal" media tell you how to think and feel. Wrong is wrong; don't ever let them convince you that "it's okay because its popular and feels right." I feel sorry for the generations of our people raised up into tolerating such abominations. We are supposed to be a "Christian" nation. Homosexuals holding a rosary won't mix.Just being real about it.

We are in deep need of "real" men and women in our shaky society."

This is the newest topic being discussed at Facebook's Philippine Network.

Get an account and post your sentiments over there as gay bashing is sooo frequent. I'm outnumbered but that's more than just a personal snag, underrepresentation gives them the impression that we're a minority not to be taken seriously.

I totally agree with yew, the generation today is xoo lame.. but i don't they're the to blame, for me it's abt the client, the management, or the media itself.

These things are the most overrated concepts and idea for those ppl. If we guys could create a better way of publicizing a show an ad, or anything in the same field. We could probably lost our intentions because the masses wouldn't catch th frame. If you were guys referring to the masses, so as with the upper class.

That's why I'd rather watch cable shows so that I wouldn't seek for something that is good but its actually a bad production.

And btw. ppl are ''STILL NOT'', open with that kind of genre in Philippine TV.

The guy who wrote that post probably gets gangbanged at Fitness First every night. The most homophobic men are also the freakiest. It's a way for them to vent their self loathing.

Facebook has so many networks that I just couldn't find this network discussion. Well, aside from the fact that I am starting new with this new online networking.

Questions: How many members are there in this network? Baka puro straight bigots naman ang nandyan. And John Halcyon may actually be correct, the most suppressed and freakiest are the most homophobic usually.

But this is worth-looking into. Bigots in the Philippines need to be shaved. Clean!

That's right. Those homophobic men ARE the FREAKIEST. Gay people should speak up, there's nothing wrong with being gay. Just like there's nothing wrong with incest, bestiality, and pedophilia.

Why can't those bigots realize that it's alright as long as we're in touch with our feelings. Besides, there's a saying, "How can it be wrong if it feels so right!"
